Fluidra is seeking a Contract Business Analyst to join the team at our North American Headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. This contract is projected to last 8 -12 months.

 

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

As a part of the Transformation Office Financial Team, the role will be responsible for collaborating with multiple teams to collect and drive data analysis. This person's work will help make the team more robust in the amount of data collected and pooled to ensure that we have a good system of being able to locate and search for all stakeholders. A skillset in collaboration, organization, and good teamwork will be essential for success.

Gather and Analyze Data from multiple sources

Develop an organizational system to help multiple teams have access to finalized data

Maintain & Create reporting

Participate in cross-functional & International teams

Use internal Data Sources to Verify sources and create reporting

Manage assigned projects to completion with help and support as needed

Proactively flag issues for the Transformation Office Finance team

Identify gaps in current processes / information and help close

Other duties as assigned

 

 

WHAT WE SEEK

1+ years of analytical experience

Intermediate/Advanced Excel experience

Power BI Experience

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and functions under pressure to meet strict delivery requirements

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Must be team oriented with a positive attitude in working with others

Great interpersonal and communication skill

Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines

Must be data driven & detailed-oriented

Pro-active communication, with strong verbal and written communication skills

General Knowledge of Supply Chain & Finance is a plus

 

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or other related field

Expected salary range is $60,000 - $80,000. The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location. Your recruiter will provide additional details on our compensation.
