Client Relationship Manager - Investments
The Client Relationship Manager is the primary customer contact for Workiva Managed Services and is responsible for customer activities from the initial stages of onboarding to project delivery. The Client Relationship Manager will have an understanding of each customer's project requirements and act as a consultant to determine how the various features can meet their needs. The Client Relationship Manager will partner with other Workiva teams on initiatives that address customer needs. Produces quality work with support to analyze and provides data to inform decision making. Leads self in a well-structured environment. Delivers on multiple tasks or processes.
What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality service and support throughout the completion of the Managed Services project
Provide primary customer contact for Workiva products and services
Assist Client Services Team on ancillary projects, as needed
Resolve moderate customer issues and escalate more complex issues while remaining accountable to customers
Build strong customer relationships, explore opportunities for growth and advise key stakeholders on best practices
Collect feedback from clients and provides it to necessary internal departments including: sales, marketing and management
Train customers how to use the Wdesk platform to achieve customer technology goals and objectives
Use customer management tools to track customer communication, issues, and metrics
Works to a weekly horizon. Recognizes and acts on inconsistencies in data or results. Escalates matters of risk
Drive customer onboarding and adoption of Workiva Investment solution
Deliver best practices, workflows, and management business reviews to the clients
Work with sales to understand the details of upcoming renewals, area for opportunities, and mitigate risk of potential client churns
What You'll Need
Education
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Experience
Experience in accounting/finance industry preferred
Familiarity with Investments or Mutual Funds processes and filings
1+ year(s) of relevant experience
Skills
Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
Proven ability to identify customers’ needs and expectations, with a timely and effective customer service response
Competency in using Wdesk, Google Drive and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Project management and organizational skills to meet established timelines
Communication, influence, & presentation skills with a high-level of comfort delivering consultative recommendations
Travel
Up to 50% travel for onsite training and filing support, as needed
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Weekend and evening work may be required to meet client deliverables
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
How You'll Be Rewarded
Base Pay Range in Colorado: $60,000 - $80,000
A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
