Who We’re Looking For:
DISQO seeks a Chief Financial Officer to help lead the company's next stage of growth. This key member of our management team will partner closely with our CEO, board and management team to help accelerate DISQO’s growth. The ideal candidate is an inventive and strategic leader, team builder with an entrepreneurial mindset, and has the proven ability to motivate, nurture, and scale a highly talented Finance and Accounting team. This role reports directly to DISQO’s Chief Executive Officer.
You will help shape DISQO’s future and have broad hands-on responsibility over vision, strategy and execution of our Financial strategy. As DISQO rapidly scales, this is one of the most important roles impacting our success in the coming years. As this is a global leadership role, it is vital that you think globally first and understand the importance of developing an overall consistent approach with local relevance in order to fuel our growth internationally.

How you will contribute to DISQO:
- Working with the CEO and management team to develop and enable the company’s long and short-term strategy.
- Leading board conversations related to financial strategy, performance, and results.
- Drive and operate agile and effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes. Implement, improve and standardize key processes to ensure consistent, reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Identify, acquire and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information. Evaluate departments and make suggestions for automating processes and increasing working efficiency.
- Manage all financial and accounting functions, including financial modeling, multi-year forecasting, analysis, budgeting, accounting, management of receivables and payables, purchasing process, payroll and expense management, cash and currency management, tax (domestic and international) compliance and strategy, and cost allocations.
- Assess and evaluate financial performance with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts. Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans.
- Utilize forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to provide financial insight into the organization’s plans and operating budgets.
- Responsible for equity, debt, and banking functions, including cap table management, cap table strategy, investor relations, debt strategy, negotiation and management, and financial institution/investment banking relationships.
- Foster an exciting, collaborative growth culture and get hands-on when needed to help our team build capabilities. Develop and implement strategies that create an effective learning environment, attract and retain top performers, reduce time to proficiency, and scale the team.
- Provide vision, leadership, and guidance to world-class Finance & Accounting teams. As a consummate servant leader, you will coach and mentor to ensure an energized, motivating work environment and desired business outcomes are achieved.
