Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, strategically-minded professional to help us transform how we manage and support Product Transformation initiative and Expense Platform across all CCB Businesses. This position will work closely with Finance and Technology stakeholders across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to reimagine processes and develop new tools to help inject the right level of strategic, financial and risk management discipline into how we operate.
- Forms and leverages a robust understanding of CCB's strategy towards the development of the target state operating model, including LOBs and supporting functions
- Supports development of tangible artifacts (e.g., internal playbooks, presentations) to articulate simply how the new operating model will work
- Collaborates on the design and build-out of a new ecosystem of analytical tools (e.g., workflows, dashboards) that will support the new model
- Coordinates with various functions including, but not limited to, Finance, Strategy, Technology, etc. as well as the CCB LOBs to ensure sharing of ideas, best practices, and resources from around JPMC
- Contribute to the CCB Finance & Business Management organization's adoption of emerging analytical tools including dashboards/visualization, robotic process automation (RPA), and data ecosystem development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related majors
- 5+ years Strategy and Finance experience
- Alteryx and Tableau experience for dashboard and visualization creation
- 6 years of strategic / analytical experience
- Corporate Strategy and / or Management Consulting experience a plus
- Experience working in / with Fortune 100 Financial Services companies required
- Strong exposure to Agile and / or Digital transformations in Financial Services a plus
- Self-motivated individual with ability to manage tight deadlines and ever changing priorities
- Ability to interact with, build relationships with and influence cross-functional partners at all levels
