In July 2021, Lev closed their Series A round, raising $30MM to give the company a $130M valuation in less than two years after its inception. The Series A round was led by Greenspring Associates with participation from new and existing investors including First American, NFX, Canaan, JLL Spark, ANIMO Ventures, Ludlow Ventures. 

Lev is hiring a Capital Markets Associate who will work alongside our brokers to help get deals signed up and closed. In this role, you will be involved in every stage of a CRE transaction, including underwriting, market research, property tours, preparation of offering memorandums, marketing and term sheet negotiations. 

What You'll Do

• Extensive underwriting experience inclusive of modeling first mortgage, mezzanine, preferred equity, and LP equity financing
• Ability to pitch all types of transactions to a wide array of lenders including regional and national banks, debt funds, private equity investors, and conduit lenders
• Research and understand every aspect of a deal, from underwriting financials to location and construction permits - be the expert!
• Execute with diligence, speed and accuracy
• Collaborate, be friendly, help, be helped

What You Bring

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate 
• 1-3 years of corporate finance experience 
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Superb attention to detail 
• Be a collaborative team player
