An Insider's view of Mosaic Building Group

What are some social events your company does?

We have the tradition of in person “Heartbeat” events x quarter. It more than just an offsite session. During the 2 days of Heartbeat, the tech team gets together to align on team mission and strategy, and to connect with the team members. There are also unique traditions that we always return to: cooking together, hiking, playing boardgames, etc.

Yi Yang

Junior Product Manager

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

The biggest problem our team is solving is how to standardize the general contracting process. Our approach is to build software that allows us to standardize data entry across our back office and field teams, and then integrate this to enable automations and reporting.

Max Leiserson

VP, Technology

What makes someone successful on your team?

Two words come to mind when I think about success within my team: dependability and accountability. Dependability provides a team with the ability to rely on one another and trust that the work will be completed on time and of quality. Accountability is the ability to be dependable and knowing your team will hold themselves and others accountable.

Kayla Larkham

Senior Human Resources Manager

What projects are you most excited about?

There are so many amazing projects we have the opportunity to work on here at Mosaic. I think the project I am most excited about is the new application we've created for our purchasing and finance teams. We have so many ways to make their job easier and create experiences that are world-class!
