Business Process Architect – S/4 HANA
We are looking for a S/4 HANA Business Process Architect to join our organisation and play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of the S4/HANA platform, focusing on “Analyze to Decide” (A2D) related processes.
A2D scope covers product costing, variance analysis, management accounting, and reporting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust process solutions that enhance data accuracy and business decision-making
This position is essential to maximizing S/4HANA’s capabilities and embedding industry best practices to optimize, standardize, and harmonize processes across Lonza.

What you will do:
Responsible to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in the A2D stream related to Lonza business model archetypes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define process flows, capture user requirements and translate them into best practice S/4HANA solutions.
Implement global standardized and automated Stream related processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process flow
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve pre and post-implementation issues
What we are looking for:
Hands on site controlling experience
SAP end user experience
Use of JIRA, Confluence, Kneat and/or Signavio (desired not critical)
Self-starter with the ability to lead and optimize process improvement
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills against a backdrop of ambiguity
Able to set priorities and escalate on a timely basis
