As a Finance Transformation - Finance Operations Consulting - Experienced Associate, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organizations. Your role involves assessing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Within our Finance practice, you will be part of a team that provides consulting services related to financial management and strategy, helping clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client financial processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance controls
- Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation
- Supporting financial shared services to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Developing financial strategies to improve decision-making and achieve client goals
- Conducting financial statement analysis and preparing comprehensive reports
- Managing accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate financial records
- Utilizing financial data mining techniques to uncover insights and inform strategies
- Engaging in budgetary management and financial forecasting to support client objectives
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive client success
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- At least one of the following: Current pursuit of or an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Experience in record to report, procure to pay, order to cash cycles
- Supporting complex finance transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of finance process optimization and financial systems implementations
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial data mining and analysis
- Utilizing financial forecasting techniques to drive strategic decisions
- Applying knowledge of financial internal controls to enhance operations
- Excelling in accounts payable and receivable management
- Developing skills in financial statement preparation and review
The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
