Finance Technology Specialist, Application Support - Mumbai

The role will be based in Mumbai with the expectation of a hybrid work model.

PineBridge Investments is seeking a Finance Technology Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support, administration, maintenance, and enhancement of Anaplan working in partnership with the Business Finance team stakeholders.

• Assist and support implementations of cross functional enhancements, services, or data related to Anaplan and the Finance team.

• Test and implement system configuration changes, upgrades, new functionality, and business reports relevant to Finance.

• Coordinate with finance application vendors, the Technology and Finance departments and other parties to implement upgrades, releases, and enhancements. Communicate any changes to relevant users.

• Provide technical support to Anaplan users globally either in person or remotely by telephone, teleconference, or e-mail.

• Support and comply with the corporate strategies, plans and policies, and development initiatives.

• Project management participation and documentation including the documentation of business requirements, the design, documentation and implementation of solutions, and creation and execution of test plans.

• Will have the opportunity to learn Workday Financials, and other Business Finance related systems.

Qualifications:

• Have at least 2+ years’ experience in Finance and/or Application Support

• Have at least Level 2 Anaplan Model Building Certification with 2+ years’ experience participating in solution architecture (identifying requirements and designing and executing solutions within Anaplan)

• Certification in one of the following strongly preferred: Level 3 Anaplan Model Building, Anaplan Certified Solution Architect Certification or Master Anaplanner Certification

• Experience with collaborating with end users and recommending solutions.

• Understanding of financial concepts is preferred.

• Experience administrating IT systems in a financial services role subject to IT audit controls.

• Experience implementing or upgrading software, systems, or services.

• Advanced Microsoft skills in Excel

• Good communication and business skills

• Familiarity with any of the following Finance Applications a plus: Workday Financials, Report, Concur or Workday HCM.
