We are looking for a Finance Systems Administrator to support, improve, and govern the systems that enable our finance operations. This role combines hands-on system administration with a strong understanding of finance processes, ensuring that our tools, data, controls, and workflows work reliably for Finance and the wider business.

You will act as a bridge between Finance, Technology, Data, and external vendors. You will translate business needs into practical system improvements, maintain the integrity of financial data, and help teams use finance systems efficiently and consistently.
What you'll do

• Administer and maintain finance applications, including user access, roles, workflows, configurations, master data, and system documentation.

• Partner with Finance teams to identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation or standardisation.
• Translate finance requirements into system specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities by ensuring systems, interfaces, and workflows are operational and issues are resolved promptly.
• Help ensure that system configurations support accounting policies, approval controls, segregation of duties, audit requirements, and local regulatory needs.

Who you are

• 3+ years experience administering, supporting, or improving finance or ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Business Central, etc.
• Practical understanding of end-to-end finance processes and how they are supported by systems and data.
• Experience with user access management, configuration, testing, incident resolution, and change management.
• Ability to analyse problems across processes, applications, integrations, and data.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both Finance and Technology teams.
• Experience creating clear process documentation, system guides, and requirements documentation.
• Good understanding of financial controls, audit principles, segregation of duties, and data quality.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
