You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors to support and enhance critical processes. We value analytical thinkers who bring structure, insight, and a proactive mindset to problem-solving.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field
- Experience with financial systems such as Trintech and/or ServiceNow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Manage global day-to-day operations and support for Trintech and ServiceNow
- Act as liaison between Finance, IT, and external vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Onboard new regions and users to the systems, ensuring proper training and documentation
- Monitor data loads, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data integrity
- Test new functionalities and support system upgrades and patches
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance user experience and reduce incidents.
