- Maintain and update the Asset Register database in alignment with GSO standards
- Support the management and updating of the vendor database for training and organizational events
- Assist in compiling and organizing documentation required for internal and external audits and financial reviews
- Provide administrative support for procurement processes, including documentation and tracking
- Facilitate staff and volunteer reimbursement by preparing and verifying required documentation
- Support audit preparation by organizing and retrieving financial records and files
- Attend weekly finance meetings at GSO to stay aligned on priorities and updates
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Officer
