Responsibilities 🤓

Finance & Administrative Support
• Receive, organize, and digitally file invoices and expense receipts by period. Register supporting documentation and assist with initial invoice registration. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance team.
Asset Inventory & Control
• Register and maintain asset inventory, including additions and disposals. Coordinate the purchase, delivery, and return of equipment (laptops, monitors, headsets, chairs).
Purchasing & Vendor Management
• Request and compare quotes from suppliers. Manage small purchases related to IT, office supplies, and equipment. Track deliveries and follow up with vendors.Coordinate with suppliers regarding payment conditions.
Office & Facilities Support:
• Monitor office inventory and basic infrastructure needs.
• Support on-site office operations.

Required Skills 💻

• Student of Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1 year of experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Google Drive, Google Sheets, or Excel.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have Skills 😉

• Interest in finance, administration, and operational processes.
• Proactive hands-on, and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Proficiency in English.
