As a Finance Specialist, you will be a key member of the Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) team and Commercial Finance. You will be supporting Industrial Automation FP&A and Commercial Finance; responsible to act as partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive business performance, ensure financial rigor, and deliver actionable insights that enable informed decision-making.

You will also play a critical role in driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across financial processes, supporting the organization’s focus on speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly financial reporting and analysis. 
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial reporting and insights: Orders, Revenue, P&L, Margins, Working Capital, etc.
  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast, and Short Range Outlook (SRO) processes
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting business performance
  • Partner with commercial and operations teams to translate business activity into financial outcomes
  • Support business decision-making through data-driven analysis and financial modeling
  • Drive standardization of financial planning and reporting processes across the organization. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance data quality
  • Lead and support automation initiatives for recurring financial processes and reporting
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and transparency
  • Ensure strong financial controls, data integrity, and compliance with corporate policies and standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and operational execution
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • ~2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business planning, accounting or related field. 
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Strong business partnering with different cross functional teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

WE VALUE

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsiga, Oracle), Visual Basic, Power Bi, etc. 
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Power Query, Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar)
  • Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exposure to process improvement and standardization initiatives
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
