As a Finance Specialist, you will be a key member of the Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) team and Commercial Finance. You will be supporting Industrial Automation FP&A and Commercial Finance; responsible to act as partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive business performance, ensure financial rigor, and deliver actionable insights that enable informed decision-making.
You will also play a critical role in driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across financial processes, supporting the organization’s focus on speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities- Perform Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly financial reporting and analysis.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial reporting and insights: Orders, Revenue, P&L, Margins, Working Capital, etc.
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast, and Short Range Outlook (SRO) processes
- Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting business performance
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to translate business activity into financial outcomes
- Support business decision-making through data-driven analysis and financial modeling
- Drive standardization of financial planning and reporting processes across the organization. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance data quality
- Lead and support automation initiatives for recurring financial processes and reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and transparency
- Ensure strong financial controls, data integrity, and compliance with corporate policies and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and operational execution
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- ~2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business planning, accounting or related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong business partnering with different cross functional teams
- Fluent in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
