Main responsibilities are,
- Intercompany issue support, including: apply for issuing invoice to customer, communicate with supply chain and customer finance, etc.
- Assist with financial data analysis and forecast.
- Analysis finance risk in contract and optimize the finance term.
- Output project estimation and support project decision making.
- Prepare project budget and key finance index.
- Monitor project performance and ensure the target achieved.
- Organize the project monthly forecasting and improve the forecasting accuracy.
- Organize project monthly performance analysis report as well as meeting. And output the task list then follow to close.
- Optimize applied workflow/process during project execution according to actual workload.
- Organize project closure and make sure remaining task completed.
- Assist in internal control
University degree (BS/MS) in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related departments.
Have general knowledge on finance. if know Chinese language would be better, can be graduate within 5 years.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills, and able to work in a team environment.
Flexible, and able to adapt to corporate culture.
Data analyze, analytical thinking, proactive and willingness to take initiative
Excellent Microsoft Office Skill (Excel & Word)
Good command of English.(Speaking, reading, writing)
Completed military service for male applicants.
