Financial Specialist to support financial operations and reporting activities related to transactions governed by a Transfer Service Agreement (TSA).:
- Process financial transactions in accordance with the terms outlined in the Transfer Service Agreement.
- Understanding and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally financial process/accounting services.
- Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the function.
- Identify opportunities to streamline TSA transaction workflows and reporting processes.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Assist in transitioning financial processes as the TSA winds down or services migrate.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Educational degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited university or college.
- Have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal control frameworks.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, global environment.
