As a Finance Solutions - FP&A Consultant - Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance their financial performance and decision-making processes. Within our Advisory practice, you will analyze financial data, develop performance metrics, and design frameworks that drive operational efficiency and strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC, you will provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, developing financial solutions, and offering support to help clients optimize their financial performance. Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial data to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Designing and implementing performance management frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic objectives
- Utilizing financial management software to optimize financial performance and decision-making
- Conducting complex data analysis to extract meaningful insights and inform business decisions
- Creating budgets and monitoring financial trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Developing financial models to represent real-world financial situations and support strategic planning
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
- Applying a learning mindset to continuously improve skills and contribute to team success
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance
- Preference for at least Prior professional industry or sector experience (i.e., Banking & Capital Markets, Industrials, or Consumer Packaged Goods) is preferred years of experience
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Utilizing data visualization software for insightful financial analysis
- Applying complex data analysis to drive business decisions
- Excelling in communication and active listening with diverse teams
- Developing and optimizing financial management processes
The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
