How You'll Make an Impact:

• Manage and organize all financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
• Oversee the vendor assessment process, ensuring proper documentation and due diligence in coordination with legal, security, procurement and R&D stakeholders
• Track and manage customer collections to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding issues
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting teams, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
• Review monthly financial reports with the VP Business Operations and serve as the liaison with external accountants
• Document and maintain financial administrative processes and procedures, including preparing and tracking payment transfers for VP Business Operations approval
• Support compliance with Israeli and U.S. financial regulations and tax requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both Israeli and U.S. entities
• Lead and improve systems for efficient financial document management and tracking
• Participate in regular meetings with internal stakeholders to support streamlined, scalable financial operations across the organization

What makes you a good fit:

• 2-3 years of experience in financial administration or related roles
• Familiarity with Israeli financial systems and banking
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial documentation and record-keeping
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with financial management software and MS Office suite (Excel in particular)
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in startup or technology company environments
• Experience working with international teams
• Previous experience in financial administration roles
• Familiarity with modern financial technology tools and cloud-based systems
