What you will do:
- Own billing and invoicing across multiple business units from start to finish.
- Reconcile complex data between internal dashboards and SAP to ensure 100% data integrity. Manage the finance inbox and act as the primary contact for partner requests.
- Ensure accurate payment flows and maintain high-level data consistency across systems.
- Identify and drive automation opportunities to move away from manual work.
Who you are:
- 2–4 years in Finance Operations / Accounting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail & process mindset
- Interest in systems, data flows & automation
- Open mindset with a focus on change and process improvements
- Fluent in German & English
