Join us at a pivotal moment as we scale our financial infrastructure to support hyper-growth and strategic expansion.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Finance Data Systems EPM Architect & Administrator to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will be the foundational architect and administrator who designs, implements, and operates the next-generation Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, setting the technical standard for financial operations. As the recognized EPM subject matter expert, you will operate with minimal oversight to own, build, and execute complex technical solutions, contributing to foundational strategies. You are expected to deliver successful outcomes by focusing relentlessly on optimal solutions and successful execution, thriving in ambiguity and rapid change. This will require you to be a deeply experienced technical expert with a financial mind, a seasoned systems thinker, and a highly capable builder who approaches business challenges with an engineering mindset, prioritizing automation, data integrity, and scalable architecture. If you are someone who thrives on designing and maintaining the critical data architecture that transforms financial operations and informs executive strategy, and are ready to take full, end-to-end ownership of the EPM system as its chief architect and administrator, then this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • EPM Data Architecture & System Ownership: Serve as the technical owner and system administrator for our core EPM platform, responsible for the technical roadmap and integrity of the system
  • Strategic Data Feeds: Design and govern the critical data pipeline between the EPM system and high-stakes downstream platforms, including executive reporting systems and our self-service analytics environment, Foundry
  • Technical Design & Configuration: Execute configuration, maintenance, and enhancement projects with an eye toward long-term scalability and governance
  • Complex Logic Development: Architect and write complex workflows, business rules, models, and calculation logic to automate core financial processes
  • EPM Project Execution: Serve as the technical owner and project lead for complex, cross-functional projects involving the EPM system, managing all technical requirements, conversions, and stakeholder alignment
  • Integration Roadmaps: Define, prioritize, and drive the technical roadmap for integrating the EPM system with upstream/downstream sources
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of experience owning and leading finance system implementations and operating in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity with minimal oversight and lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from definition to successful execution
  • Proven leadership and ability to work cross-functionally to drive business system and process optimization efforts
  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate complex issues, analyze data, and piece together disparate information from several data sources
  • A strong aptitude for applying engineering best practices— such as version control, audit-ability, and scalability— to financial modeling and process automation
  • Proven ability to influence strategic alignment across Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership by translating complex architectural and technical designs into clear business impact
  • Experience with EPM systems (e.g., Oracle EPM, Anaplan, OneStream)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
