We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Administrator to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming document review, as well as supporting our sales team with operations assistance.

More about You:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Own customer validation, management and maintenance in our ERP system.
  • Management of departmental inboxes and responding to customer emails with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support our internal customers by reviewing and processing credit applications, including research and customer contact in a timely manner.
  • Assessing and completing vendor and legal forms, including lien waivers, NDA’s, terms and conditions, purchase orders, compliance questionnaires, etc.
  • Working alongside and assisting Order Managers with customer status changes and updates, including transactional research.

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum High School Degree.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with iOS software systems and Google Suite.

Pay: Starting range with bonus: $45-60k. Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and other benefits.
