What you'll do
Prepare and monitor cashflow reports
Track and manage company expenses
Review and process invoices
Monitor employee leave/absences
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as they arise
Prepare and submit applications for grants/funding programs
Manage travel arrangements (bookings, receipts, reconciliation)
Research and coordinate the tax treatment of award/prize money, ensuring compliance and optimal handling
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative finance role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with Greek tax and business compliance procedures (e.g. grant programs) is a plus
Proficiency in financial tracking tools/spreadsheets
Fluent in Greek and English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing tasks
