As a Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis activities for our organization. You will be responsible for providing strategic insights, financial forecasts, and performance analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and success of our company.
You will report directly to our North America Projects Finance Director and you'll work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial performance of our BA North America Projects organization by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop annual budgets and financial targets.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business initiatives and investment decisions.
• Monitor and track financial performance against budget and forecast and provide variance analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and analysis activities.

YOU MUST HAVE
• A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in financial planning and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
