Role Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager to support a number of strategic growth initiatives within the Finance function during 2026, alongside core monthly and statutory reporting responsibilities. This role offers broad exposure across audit, group reporting, revenue recognition, tax strategy, and finance process improvement within a global technology organisation. The successful candidate will take ownership of key deliverables while working closely with the Senior Finance Manager and Head of Finance. This is a full-time on-site position, M-F.
Key Responsibilities
Audit & Statutory Reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for the annual FRS102 Group audit.
- Prepare audit files and draft statutory financial statements.
- Lead or support regional statutory audits (including Singapore and Serbia).
Financial Reporting & Controls
- Support monthly management reporting processes.
- Review accounts payable entries prior to posting and oversee payroll inputs for certain geographies.
- Develop and maintain revenue recognition documentation to support accurate financial reporting.
Corporate & Tax Initiatives
- Support ongoing corporate and tax strategy initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining group transfer pricing documentation.
Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate in finance systems and process enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior finance leadership on discrete strategic projects.
Knowledge & Experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA).
- Approximately 3–8 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS102 audit requirements (IFRS experience advantageous).
- Experience within a global or multi-entity organisation preferred.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition in a SaaS or technology environment is beneficial.
- ERP experience (Certinia preferred) and strong Excel capability.
- Exposure to data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) would be advantageous.
