As we scale our operations and sharpen our strategic focus, we’re looking for a Finance Manager to help us strengthen our financial foundation, enable smart, data-driven decisions, and act as a thought partner to the founder and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting under IFRS
Manage treasury functions, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management
Develop and maintain management accounts, including revenue analysis, cost tracking, cash flow projections, and budget variance reports
Oversee internal document flow, ensuring timely communication and reconciliation with accounting, project managers, and external partners
Support payroll processes
Monitor and reconcile transactions across multiple platforms
Assist with financial planning and budgeting, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization
Serve as a point of contact for banking partners and manage day-to-day communications
Support accounting team for external audits and provide necessary documentation and reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and treasury functions
2–3+ years of experience in a Finance Manager (or similar) role in GameDev, IT, Big4 or digital industries
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including data analysis and financial modeling
Fluent Russian and strong English (both written and spoken)
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
