Finance Manager

Working as the Finance Manager, you will use your coordinating, monitoring and coaching skills to guide your colleagues in the financial accounting team. In collaboration with the team, you will ensure that the administration and associated tasks are carried out properly and efficiently. In addition to being responsible for reporting the figures, you will analyse the figures and discuss any issues with the MT. You will safeguard the financial health of the Eurofiber Cloud Infrastructure business unit and contribute to process improvements and system optimisations. In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director.

What are your main duties?

• You will manage a team of five employees.
• You will be responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• You fulfil an important role in the annual budget process and keeping the monthly forecast up to date. You are the link to the Financial Director and the business controller.
• You monitor and analyse financial performance based on the KPIs.
• You are responsible for cash flow management.
• You act as the first point of contact for the (auditing) accountant.

You also have/are:

• 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role.
• A hands-on mentality.
• A sparring partner for the business.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English are mandatory.
• You enjoy proposing and realising improvements.
• Knowledge of AFAS is an advantage.
