We will trust you to:
- Lead financial accounting and reporting to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Supervising accounting departments
- Developing standards and processes for proper financial management
- Overseeing the recording, tracking, and reporting of financial information
- Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members
- Ensuring efficient operations without sacrificing accuracy
- Communicating with key stakeholders from the client side
- Fluency in English (Written and Verbal Skills)
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Good communication skills with proactive, supportive, and positive approach
- Financial accounting background
- 5+ years of experience
- Ability to work well independently & in a team
- Business Administration/Accounting Degree
- Strong Interpersonal Skills (client-facing role)
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel & Power Point skills
- SAP background is essential
- Strong technical background
- Ability to prepare Financial Statements and work with External Auditors
