Finance Manager

• We are a fast-growing startup culture company looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. 
• As a stand-a-lone Finance Manager, You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.  You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability, while ensuring financial compliance and risk management

Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
• Liaise with Japan Retail store team to reconcile the daily retail shop sales and payment received
• Bookkeeping, prepare P/L, B/S, Cashflow statement, Cashflow Forecast for local entity, arrange payments and cash flow management and ensure proper job costing accounting, and ensure timely payment.
• Manage all local tax filing and issues 
• Establish relevant local standard operations procedures 
• Inventory and cost control and perform regular stock take
• Prepare monthly / quarterly/ yearly financial statements and liaise with Hong Kong　Headquarter Finance team for financial reporting and intercompany transactions
• Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, investors, auditors, and vendors
• Any ad hoc projects/reports as assigned by the Management

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in relevant experiences
• A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, and can work under pressure
• Experience in ERP system implementation is a plus
• Good in analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
• Attentive to details and focus in work
• Possess troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English
• Excellent in Excel, knowledge in Netsuite is a plus
