We are currently looking for a talented Financial Manager who will help us maintain and continuously improve our finance function at a fast evolving company and across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and ensure the quality of financial reporting (one source of truth)
• Improve and automate the financial process…be hands-on in making the finance function work smoothly for the whole company as we grow and evolve
• Support us in furthering the automation of creation of financial statements 
• Develop financial reporting & controlling dashboards in Gsheets and BI tools
• Help us design and set-up necessary master data definitions in ERP 
• Cooperate with us to create the foundations for an internal control environment and design the policies to back it up
• Support us in implementing team budgets
• Help with preparations of IFRS adoption & consolidation on our journey towards institutional-grade reporting standard, and IPOs readiness

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in accounting /audit/ controlling in the international company environment
• Hands-on and practical: Finance process and operations are an important part of this role
• Have a good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Proficiency in table editors (Gsheet, Excel), any BI/visualization tool is a plus (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Looker)
• Can design a set of KPI’s and foresee what effect they will have on operations
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus (but not to worry, you’ll learn) 
• Good command of Czech/Slovak and English
• Open mindset, strong logical thinking and ability to find solutions autonomously (or finding the information necessary leading to a solution)
• Growth mindset: Willing to grow, take and give feedback. 
• Helpful attitude, team player and great communicator: Works with others on the team and cross-functionally towards company’s goals
