The right candidate can independently manage the finance process from sales turnover through contracting and funding, while working closely with sales management and accounting.

Responsibilities
  • Present and sell approved vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products through a consistent menu process.

  • Follow contracts through funding and resolve outstanding stipulations and paperwork.

  • Manage product registrations, cancellations, refunds, and charge backs with accounting.

  • Protect customer information and follow applicable regulations and dealership procedures.

  • Help train sales staff on credit applications, product introductions, and effective customer hand offs.

  • Meet agreed production, funding, paperwork accuracy, and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven results in F&I production, product sales, customer satisfaction, and timely funding.

  • Strong lender relationships, communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Experience with dealership management systems, electronic menus, lender platforms, and electronic contracting.

  • Ford, Ford Credit, and Oregon dealership experience preferred.

  • Commercial vehicle financing experience is a plus.

  • Maintain any licenses and training required for the products sold.

What We Expect

We want someone who owns the entire transaction, follows through without constant reminders, and works well with the team. Strong production matters, along with clean contracts, funded deals, and customers who understand what they purchased.

This is an on-site position with evening, weekend, and month-end coverage as scheduled. Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

To apply, submit your resume and a brief summary of your automotive F&I experience and production results. Please exclude confidential customer or prior employer records.
