At Holmes, great finance is not just about reporting the numbers. It is about helping the business understand them, act on them, and perform better because of them.
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our US business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong technical capability with sound judgement, commercial insight, and a practical approach to problem solving. You will be the local finance lead for the US business, partnering closely with local leadership and the New Zealand based finance team to bring clarity to performance, discipline to process, and confidence to decision making.
Why Holmes
Holmes is an international engineering group with more than 65 years of history and a reputation for technical excellence, practical thinking, and strong relationships. Across the US, New Zealand, and Australia, our people work on complex, meaningful projects and bring deep expertise to the built environment.

- Prepare fortnightly payroll and coordinate with the outsourced payroll provider.
- Liaise with tax advisors to support timely partnership income tax filings, K-1s, payroll tax, property tax, and related obligations.
