Lead plant finance operations including monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis for strategic initiatives, risk and internal control management, team leadership (Plant Controller, Purchase Assistant), and support Plant Director in milk contract negotiations and market monitoring.
