About the Role:

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Corporate Finance team and lead the transformation of our financial systems. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in implementing and scaling a modern planning system, enabling more efficient, accurate, and insightful forecasting and reporting processes. Success in this role means proactively driving automation, improving data integrity across tools, and empowering the finance team with reliable systems and training. You’ll partner cross-functionally to ensure our financial tools evolve with the business and provide strategic recommendations on the systems roadmap. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll help shape the future of financial planning at Hims

You Will:
  • Lead System Implementation: Drive end-to-end scoping and implementation of financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) across Hims' finance organization

  • System Ownership & Support: Own the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and governance of financial systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our growing business

  • Process Transformation: Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to assess, redesign, and automate key financial processes

  • Tool Evaluation & Scoping: Conduct needs assessments and vendor evaluations to ensure Hims is using the best financial systems for our stage and scale

  • Training & Enablement: Build documentation and training programs to enable finance and business partners to effectively use financial systems

  • Data Integrity: Ensure high data quality and consistency between systems, working closely with engineering, data, and operations teams

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a thought partner to finance and business leadership, helping align system capabilities with long-term strategic goals

You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or management consulting, with at least 2 years focused on financial systems or technology transformation

  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing EPM tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Oracle PBCS, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, etc)

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, planning processes, and data structures

  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • A bias for action, low ego, and high ownership mindset

Preferred Experience & Skills:
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or public company environment

  • Exposure to ERP integrations and financial data architecture

  • Prior experience supporting public company reporting cycles
