This role exists to support the delivery of regulatory and business-driven change that underpins the Group’s compliance, integrity and financial strength. Your work will help ensure regulatory reporting outcomes are accurate, sustainable and fit for purpose in a complex banking environment.

You’ll join the Regulatory Reporting Change team within the Capital, Climate & Regulatory Reporting Crew, part of Group Finance. The team partners closely with Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to deliver changes arising from new regulatory requirements, system enhancements and broader business initiatives. The environment is collaborative, outcome-focused and values strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
 

Your impact

  • Support the analysis and implementation of regulatory and business-driven changes impacting regulatory reporting
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and assess impacts to reporting processes and outcomes
  • Partner with Finance, Regulatory Reporting and Technology teams to deliver change initiatives
  • Review regulatory reporting logic, assumptions and controls to support quality and compliance
  • Use data analysis to investigate reporting issues and support resolution of defects
  • Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes and ways of working
     

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Experience in regulatory reporting and financial reporting, within a bank or financial institution
  • A strong understanding of reporting requirements, governance and controls
  • SQL experience and the ability to perform data analysis
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders across Finance and Technology
  • A problem-solving mindset with curiosity to learn and develop technical capability
