Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

2. Budget Management:
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
3. Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
4. Risk Management:
  • Identify and manage financial risks, implementing controls to mitigate exposure.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
5. Cash Flow Management:
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
  • Optimize cash flow through effective working capital management.
6. Tax and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards, ensuring the company adheres to them.
7. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
8. Financial Systems Management:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within financial systems.


RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
