Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Finance Manager who will lead the Finance Team. You will
oversee everyday financial activities and provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders on future financial plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing overall function and effective departmental operations
- Developing and managing plans for financial growth.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget, and develop trends and projections for the company’s finances.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Monitoring internal controls.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Manage the yearly audit cycle to guarantee the timely issuance of annual financial statements
- Keep track of cash-management initiatives
- Controlling balance sheet and liquidity risk
- All other additional duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a Finance Manager and leading and developing a Team
- Experience within the multinational/top firm is crucial
- 7 years + proven experience in finance management
- Advanced degree in Accounting
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with auditing and creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Compliance oriented.
- Familiarity with the industry or sector relevant to the organisation is a plus.
