Finance Lead

RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensure accurate and timely payments by monitoring and controlling the finance team’s daily operations.
• Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and completeness in accordance with SOP.
• Monitor expenses, analyze costs, pricing, and variable contributions.
• Manage forecasting and cash flow management.
• Perform month-end finance closing activities accurately and on time.
• Liaise with and manage matters related to bank accounts.
• Address financial issues and respond to inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Conduct reviews, evaluations, and implement process improvements in finance processes, policies, cost reduction, and efficiency.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and supervision for finance team members.
• Represent the finance function in cross-functional teams and external engagements, collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Support the direct supervisor, head of division, or team with ad-hoc or project-based tasks as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Finance field.
• Experience with overseas companies and familiarity with SaaS is an advantage.
• Proficient in accounting software and internet banking portals.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in verbal and written English communication (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
• Independent and critical thinker with confidence and assertiveness.
• Exceptional leadership, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting deadlines.
