Position overview:
As a Finance Intern, you will be a key member of our back-office financial operations. You will have the chance to interact with a multicultural team and clients, developing yourself in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilities:

• Revenue Assurance
  • Support the team to prepare the Invoice Mirror of PERM for the client’s approval;
  • Prepare the Invoice Mirror of TEMP for the client’s approval;
  • Keep the Temporary Jobs reports updated;
  • Keep the Placements Controls report update;
  • Participate in the BUH meeting to present Finance KPIs.
• Invoicing & Billing
  • Assist in sending the Invoicing process according to the region
  • Write off incoming invoices (controls and banks);
  • Send the Invoice and payment instructions to the clients;
  • Keep the Invoicing and Accounts Receivables report updated;
  • Issue the Billing reminders according to the internal policy.
• Reports
  • Support in the Daily reports’ preparation;
  • Support in the preparation of Finance KPI presentation.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields -  Graduation forecast: June 2026 or December 2026;
• Advanced English is a must. Spanish is a plus;
• Upper-intermediate/Advanced Excel is a must. Power BI is a plus;
• Business-oriented mindset;
• Hands-on profile;
• Ability to work autonomously;
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
• Motivation to work in a multicultural environment.
