- Month-End & Year-End Close: Support the full accounting close cycle, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all closing activities across entities
- Financial Statements: Assist in preparing monthly and annual statutory financial statements, including management of the document repository
- VAT Returns: Support the preparation and filing of VAT returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations
- Group Consolidation: Assist in consolidating accounts at the group level, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliation of group entities
- Payments Management: Manage and oversee the preparation of payment schedules across all entities (excluding the fund), ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct weekly bank reconciliations, verifying financial data and identifying discrepancies
- Invoice Registration: Perform weekly registration of invoices and equivalent documents, ensuring accuracy and timely recording of financial transactions
- Expense Analysis: Analyse business card and corporate expense data, identifying trends and anomalies and supporting management reporting
Who we are looking for
- Pursuing a master's degree in Accounting or a closely related field
- Prior experience or exposure to audit is a plus
- Prior experience in ERP systems preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to seamlessly interact with A-class international stakeholders and teammates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
