The Role
As a Finance Admin Intern at Intrepid Indonesia, you will provide essential administrative and finance support to the Finance team. This role is focused on handling paperwork, assisting with financial documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in collecting, organizing, and filing financial documents (invoices, receipts, supporting documents).
• Supporting the preparation of invoices and assisting in basic invoicing tasks.
• Helping with data entry and updating finance trackers accurately and timely.
• Assisting in maintaining proper documentation for client billing, vendor payments, and supporting collections.
• Supporting account reconciliation and basic bookkeeping activities under supervision.
• Coordinating with internal teams to collect and prepare required paperwork for finance processes.
• Assisting in preparing Statement of Accounts and other financial reports as requested.
• Maintaining master files, transaction records, and ensuring documents are well organized.
• Providing general administrative support to the Finance team and assisting with ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Who We Look For – The Ideal Profile:

• Able to commit to a 3–6 month internship period (open to undergraduates or fresh graduates).
• Studying or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and diligent in handling paperwork.
• Good communication skills and able to work with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Able to work under deadlines and manage workload effectively.
• A team player, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
