Some of the duties you may be doing:
• Support daily financial activities for ETC US
• Review and compile weekly purchase price variances
• Input freight bills weekly
• Input and scan journal entries into SAP
• Support monthly financial reporting activities for ETC US
• Assists in the preparation of monthly financial information
• Prepares monthly journal entries
• Prepares monthly work papers
• Reconciles bank accounts
• Reconciles selected general ledger accounts
• Prepare manufacturing variance analysis report from weekly purchase price variance information
• Duties related to month-end closing process as assigned
• Assists with trial balances, analyzes financial documents, investigates questionable data, and prepares reports
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• 1-2 years post high school education in area of specialization (Finance or Data Analysis preferred)
• GPA: 3.0 or higher
*HR will start reviewing application the end of September
Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 1-2 years of post-high-school education in Finance, Data Analysis, or a related area
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
