THE POSITION: Finance Intern
Seeking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our growing team and handle the financial and administrative operations for both our Thailand portfolios. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth functioning across various areas, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, expense management, and administrative support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Follow up payment from merchants
- Update comments on accounts receivable daily, follow up with customers regarding payment to ensure timely payment of debts
- Be an assistant to provide support with generating all invoices on monthly basis, ensuring that the appropriate tax rate is applied and charged on all invoices
- Help record account receivable Collections in Accounting System for Hongkong Team
- Prepare and Sending invoices and receipt via post or messenger
- Assist in any adhoc from team
- Perform other finance & administrative responsibilities as necessary
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Study in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
- Basic Knowledge of accounting and finance
- Good oral and written communication skills (Thai and English)
- Adaptable and independent worker with a high level of integrity
- Good computer skills/proficient in MS Office applications
- Basic understanding of AI tools and the ability to use and prompt generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to support work efficiency
