The Role

Salary: Base salary of 28,000 + 10% for London Location (£30,800)

Additional premiums for

  • ​Master's degree

  • Finance/Maths/Economics Degree

Location: London

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Programme Duration: 2-year programme

Candidate shortlisting will take place on w/c 24th February 2025 and 3rd of March 2025 and assessment days will take place between w/c 10th and 17th of March 2025.

Graduate Programme;

During this programme, you’ll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we’ll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You’ll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

What you'll be doing;

  • Working with the Finance Transformation Team on a range of projects

  • Documenting and analysing finance business processes to determine efficiencies

  • Using data driven techniques to measure and improve processes

  • Developing new reporting solutions

  • Supporting the Workday Project Team with solutions

  • Support the standardisation of processes across the business

What we're looking for;

  • Degree level qualification in Maths, Finance, Technology or Business related subject (a minimum of 2:1 to be achieved by September 2025)

  • Systems related skills

  • Logical and analytical skills

  • Communication skills
