Role Overview:
- We are looking for a seasoned Finance Functional Consultant to join our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP implementation team. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing finance and accounting modules that align with both Vietnamese statutory requirements (e.g. VAS, VAT, e-invoice) and global reporting standards (e.g. U.S. GAAP / 445 calendar).
- This is a client-facing, hands-on delivery role requiring deep expertise in finance workflows, ERP configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will do:
- Conduct detailed business process analysis for all financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, CO.
- Localize the Infor CSI Finance module to comply with Vietnam’s tax, reporting, and accounting regulations.
- Map existing finance operations to CSI capabilities and identify any required configurations or extensions.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Procurement, and Inventory teams to ensure cost roll-up accuracy and integrated financial flows.
- Support the integration of Vietnam’s e-invoice system and ensure accurate mapping to tax authority standards.
- Configure and test Chart of Accounts, accounting periods, journal setups, costing methods, and financial reporting structures.
- Develop training materials and lead Train-the-Trainer sessions in both Vietnamese and English.
- Work closely with Manufacturing consultants to ensure integrated material flow and synchronized execution.
- Support shop floor process mapping and deploy tools such as barcode/mobile systems.
- Conduct end-user training and support adoption across planning, production, and inventory teams (Vietnamese/English).
- Participate in UAT, cutover activities, and provide post-go-live stabilization support.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Information Systems.
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a Finance Consultant implementing ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Infor CSI (SyteLine) is highly preferred; other platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics are acceptable if paired with CSI familiarity.
- Strong understanding of:
- Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS)
- E-invoice and tax declaration workflows
- 445 accounting calendar, GL mapping, and costing structures.
- Demonstrated ability to run client workshops and produce detailed functional documentation.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to travel for client workshops and on-site support.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Infor OS, Mongoose, and ION platform integrations.
- Experience working in manufacturing ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of financial analytics and reporting tools such as Birst or Power BI.
