Assist the Finance team with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Support day-to-day financial planning processes by gathering data, preparing reports, and helping ensure accurate financial information for business decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in preparing recurring and ad hoc financial reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and compiling data.
- Help analyze financial data and summarize findings for review.
- Assist with maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and financial models.
- Support the preparation of presentations and management reports.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other teams to collect information and reconcile data.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with working capital and other financial performance reporting.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship, project work, or coursework in Finance or Accounting.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting concepts.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
