About the role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to play a key role in our finance operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our financial processes and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Managing accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

·       Maintaining the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

·       Applying GAAP principles to ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance.

·       Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing key insights and analysis.

·       Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and initiatives.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

·       3 -7 years of experience in finance, with a focus on accounts receivables, accounts payables, general ledger, and budgeting/forecasting.

·       CA – Inter or MBA in Finance (preferred).

·       Strong understanding of GAAP principles.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       Proficiency in accounting software/tools and ERP systems.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
