Join a team where you’ll partner directly with senior leadership to drive financial performance across a complex, multi-site environment. This role will have a strong focus on supporting our academic hospitals, working closely with leaders across teaching hospitals and academic programs to provide insight and financial guidance that supports both operational and strategic priorities.

As a strategic finance leader, you’ll own key deliverables including financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting—helping shape decisions that influence thousands.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of FP&A or finance experience (healthcare or multi-site preferred)

  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders

  • Strong communication skills with experience in presenting to executives

  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives (productivity, NOI, service line performance)

  • Familiarity with tools like Vizient ODB and operational metrics (CMI, LOS, labor, supply)

Job Summary:

Develops and implements processes and programs within the Finance department.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develops, evaluates, and implements programs regarding Finance. Creates the processes necessary to implement the programs developed. Develops procedures manuals as needed. 
  • Formulates recommendations to support the program. 
  • Oversees necessary audit activity to support the program. 
  • Trains Finance personnel on the program. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

EXPERIENCE 

  • Ten years’ experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
  • Rare climbing.
