Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Finance Director, US Manufacturing at our Shawnee, KS location. This role will lead financial planning, analysis, and business partnering for our manufacturing operations and will provide financial visibility into plant-level performance, cost structure, and capital investment. Additionally, this role will partner closely with operational leadership to drive informed decision-making across the manufacturing footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function supporting manufacturing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis.
  • Partner with plant and operations leadership to identify cost drivers, productivity opportunities, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Own standard costing, absorption analysis, and inventory-related reporting for manufacturing sites.
  • Support capital planning and ROI analysis for manufacturing capital expenditure projects.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages to finance and operations leadership.
  • Partner with the corporate accounting and reporting teams to ensure consistency between manufacturing financials and consolidated results.
  • Identify and drive process improvements in manufacturing financial reporting and forecasting.

 

About You:

 

  • 7–12 years of progressive FP&A, manufacturing finance, or cost accounting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate manufacturing operational data into financial insight.
  • Demonstrated experience business partnering with operations/plant leadership.
  • The ideal candidate will also have experience in a private equity backed environment and three statement financial modeling experience.

Skills Required
