Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial data to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients
- Designing and implementing performance management frameworks to enhance financial decision-making processes
- Providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive operational efficiency
- Leading teams in the development of financial solutions that optimize client financial performance
- Utilizing financial management software to conduct complex data analysis and generate data-driven insights
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their financial needs
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills in financial analysis and management
- Conducting financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic objectives and decision-making
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of data visualization solutions to improve financial reporting
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
