ASCO Equipment is seeking a Finance & Sales Coordinator in Houston, Texas. The most integral part of the role is quoting, submitting, and managing a pipeline of five to seven figure sales/finance deals. The role demands our Finance & Sales Coordinators to manage their daily workflow independently and requires attention to detail, prodigious time management, and the ability to strategically manage a pipeline from application through closing. The Finance & Sales Coordinator is responsible for daily operations and sales support while coordinating with customers to meet their financial needs. They will need to be effective communicators, ambitious self-starters, and solution minded with a desire for succeeding in a fast-paced environment. The role is responsible for a variety of different functions including handling confidential information and quoting warranties and insurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage a pipeline of sales/finance deals
- Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs
- Assure all deals are books out accurately. Never misrepresents equipment
- Review deals that are declined and work with Sales Department to “put dead deals together”
- Maintains confidentiality of customer information
- Generate new lenders and maintain good lender relations
- Maintains a lender guide of programs currently used and obtains a working knowledge of them
- Coordinate & communicate updates effectively with leadership and sales teams while keeping a positive, solution oriented, attitude
- Process, sell, and grow finance related sales on a per deal bases (including but not limited to Extended Warranty and Physical Damage Insurance)
- Perform other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements
- Experience managing a sales/finance pipeline AND/OR degree in business, sales, or a corresponding field
- Exceptional relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail
- High sense of urgency, problem solving, and planning

- Flexibility within work week for added hours when needed (we are a growing, cyclical, sales organization)
- Adhere to all safety rules and complete safety training
